Important Payment Information

Username & Password

  • Customers will need to set up a NEW username and password by clicking on "Login Here" below and then "Sign Up Now". You will need your water account number.

Auto Pay

  • Previous Auto Pay customers will need to sign back up for this service in the new portal if you have not already done so
  • New Auto Pay customers must sign up by the 6th of the month to be eligible for payment in the same month

Paperless (E) Billing or Text to Pay

  • Customers can sign up for paperless (E) billing or text to pay at any point during the month however the service will not begin until the following month
  • Customers will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail after signing up

Link Multiple Accounts

  • Customers can link and pay for multiple accounts that they manage through their customer portal by using the account numbers

Fee Schedule

Credit/Debit Cards

  • $0.01 to $40.00 - $1.50 fee applies
  • $40.01 to $200.00 - $2.75 fee applies
  • $200.01 and up - 2.75% fee applies

Echeck (ACH)

  • $1.10 fee per transaction
